INTRODUCTION
In carrying out its activity, Business Support Center for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Bulstat 117004730, with headquarters and management address: Bulgaria, 7000 Ruse, 14 Kresna str., ("Association", "BSCSME", "We", "Us"), processes information, including one that is personal data.
This website is owned by the Business Support Center for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and is managed by the Association in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and related legislation, including but not limited to Regulation (EC) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
This policy aims to inform you about the way we process your personal data as an administrator, as well as your rights. BSCSME seeks to provide you with accessible and useful information on your website.
Privacy is of utmost importance to us. BSCSME will not sell your data to other companies or individuals. If we provide your data to third parties, these are our contractors who process the information on our behalf following our instructions and applying our privacy standard. We strive to be as clear, specific and transparent as possible on the processing of your personal information we provide to you.
WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA?

The main activities, purposes and grounds that are related to the processing of personal data for BSCSME are:
We use your contact information in order to respond promptly to any questions only and only upon your request made via the contact form on our website.

Data protection remains with your data. If our partners are in the US, then we check their Privacy certification Shield, which is a legal mechanism for transferring data to that country.

The exercise of your rights, when they are not repetitive and unreasonable, is not subject to a fee.
CHILDREN
We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information for a child under the age of 14, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If parents and / or legal representatives of children find that children under their guardianship have given their details to BSCSME, contact us at the contact addresses listed in this policy. We will delete the information as soon as possible.
VALIDITY AND UPDATE OF POLICY
We may periodically update our Privacy Policy. In the event of a change in the current policy, a notice will be published on our website as well as the updated Privacy Policy.
