- EY Growth Navigator is a unique, interactive experience that enables you and your leadership team to assess your company’s capability to deliver your growth plans. It uses the EY 7 Drivers of Growth, which is the product of years of working with hundreds of the most dynamic companies and growth leaders.

Terms of funding: - You must be a founder and/or CEO of a private company and be primarily responsible for the recent performance of the company.
- Your startup must have a technology enabled innovative product, service or business model that solves a big challenge (most relevant technologies: artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, customer interface, analytics, robotics and Internet of Things).
- Your startup must be high-growth. You must be able to demonstrate this, through either one or a combination of the following: revenue growth, evidence of funding, market distribution channels, wide customer base or market profile (e.g., promotion).
- Your startup must be looking to expand internationally as part of a growth plan.
- You will need to attend the entire EY event.

- Designer and the team need to commit to further sustain and scale the business
- Designer and the team need to commit to the program and attend all workshops and seminars

Terms of funding: The program is equity free. During the program, they might discuss investment options on an individual basis.
Mutual pilot project is funded out of a budget of up to €200,000. Funded project will have access to their IT sandbox.
