• PRODUCT (2 months): Review of IT architecture, UX, interfaces, processes and organizational management.
• METRICS (2 months): Setting up the goals and using effective monitoring tools to understand the right metrics.
• REVENUE (1 month): Every startup is expected to produce some revenue by the end of the program.
2. Smart Production & Productivity Acceleration Programme
The Smart Production & Productivity Acceleration Programme is a vertical programme in English that lasts 5 months, is based in Milan and is open to digital startups working in these sectors: AI, AR/VR, IoT, blockchain, cybersecurity, corporate welfare, corporate wellness, event prediction, logistic, smart contracting and smart and digital manufacturing.
During both the programmes, the accelerator helps startups go to market and reach explosive growth, through a micro-seed investment and a balanced mix of management courses, hands-on support and business insights provided by the network of advisors.
Terms of funding: Necessary documents and requirements:
Each startup submits an electronic application, which includes the links to a 1-minute Youtube video where the founders are introduced, a 4-minute Youtube video with the description of the idea, a smart Tweet describing the idea (140 characters)., as well as other information, which should be provided in a smart way.
It is important that at least some of the founders are going to be exclusively working on the programme for 5 months (no other obligations).
